Some time ago, there was such a Korean song (Jiangnan style) that was popular all over the world. In many funny videos, some babies slept very well. When Jiangnan style played this song, the babies in the video immediately danced. This song has a kind of swing that people can't follow.

What's different is that the audience of "departing" became many new parents raising babies. A novice father recently tweeted that when coaxing the baby to sleep, playing Lin Zhixuan's version of "leaving people" for up to three times, the baby will fall asleep. The micro blog was reproduced in a large number of moments, and many parents said that the method was really effective after the experiment.

Can pop songs for adults be played to babies? What kind of songs are suitable for pacifying babies? Yesterday, the reporter measured the effect of "leaving" to improve sleep, and interviewed experts from the Provincial Maternal and child health care institute and Wuhan Conservatory of music. Experts said that it is not necessary to stick to a certain kind of music for infants, but it is better to focus on melody and slow rhythm. Generally speaking, four beat and medium speed songs are most suitable for children aged 0-2.

Experts from the Provincial Maternal and child health care institute and Wuhan Conservatory of music confirmed to reporters that music does have the role of soothing and regulating baby emotions. Parents do not have to limit their children to listen to a certain type of music, whether classical music, pop songs or pure natural sound, as long as they choose those with simple melody and slow rhythm.

Yang Qin, director of the child care department of the Provincial Maternal and child health care hospital, told reporters that parents should first rule out the need for food and pain when babies cry, and then comfort them; when helping babies improve their sleep, they can choose to play low decibel, four beat and medium speed music.

According to Wan Ying, an associate professor of music therapy at Wuhan Conservatory of music, Lullaby plays a guiding role in helping parents choose soothing music. Lullaby at all times and in all countries, its rhythm is mostly between 60-80 beats per minute, just in line with people's heartbeat. And the lullaby is usually hummed by the mother, accompanied by tapping, shaking and other physical contact, which can increase the comfort of the baby.
